Hello, My name is Norman Parker. I live in Beds and I first approached the RBLR [of which I am a member] last year about the possibility of organising this ride.

I got my brother,Bob, on board to help me and now we are starting to get results.

I am 5yrs his junior [Bob’s] and also joined the Royal Engineers [1971 - 1980].

I did my bit Northern Ireland and was also lucky enough to go to Kenya and Canada.

I ride a 1993 Z1100 and also have a ‘classic’ Honda cb650.
I am no longer married, and my favourite TV programme is now ‘GRUMPY OLD MEN’ I can soooo… relate.

I hope to see as many people there for this ride as can possibly attend.

Here’s hoping we raise Thousands for the POPPY appeal.
